6 Seasonal Favorites Reimagined For Spring 2017

Spring is the season for rebirth. So what better season to bring back Kerbey Lane seasonal favorites with a new spin on them? We allow you to enjoy our most memorable dishes, even as the seasons change!

Here are six dishes that have previously been featured on seasonal menus and are now being reimagined for Spring 2017.

Brisket Nachos

Previously on the menu as: Pulled Pork Nachos

You’ll love our tostada-style nachos, topped with tender brisket, cheddar-jack cheese, caramelized onions, mango pico, shredded lettuce and pickled jalapenos.

Jalapeno Bacon Mac & Cheese Bites

Previously on the menu as: Crab Mac & Cheese Bites

This savory small plate is comprised of spicy (but not too spicy) jalapeno bacon, three-cheese macaroni, Jardine’s Texas Hot Sauce, panko breading and jalapeno remoulade.

Brisket Hash

Previously on the menu as: Sweet Potato Hash, Corned Beef Hash

A hearty breakfast featuring tender brisket, sunny-side up eggs, homefries, green peppers and white onions.

Chicken & Pancakes

Previously on the menu as: Chicken & Pancakes with a maple-buffalo sauce

Chicken & Pancakes has been a crowd pleaser since its debut in the Summer, 2016. This season, we’re heating things up with a strawberry maple-jalapeno sauce (still drizzled on cinnamon-beignet pancakes and crispy chicken).

Kerbey Kick Start

Previously on the menu as: Kerbey Kick Start with orange vinaigrette and toasted pumpkin seeds.

Each season, our Kick Start comes with staples like scrambled eggs, Pederson’s jalapeno sausage, sliced avocado, marble rye toast and a spring mix salad. This spring, the salad toppings are candied walnuts and strawberry balsamic vinaigrette.

Brisket Mac & Cheese

Previously on the menu as: Crab Mac & Cheese, Pork Belly Mac & Cheese

There’s always room for this classic comfort food. For Spring 2017 we’ve topped our three-cheese macaroni with tender brisket, green chile sauce, panko bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.
