You’ll be glad to hear that Kerbey’s 2016 Seasonal Menu Calendar contains three seasonal menu plans: Spring, Summer & Fall. Our Spring Menu will debut February 11th and run through early May. Pulled Pork Nachos
Start your meal with these amazing tostada-style nachos topped with all-natural pulled pork, aged white cheddar, onions, achiote sauce and mango pico.
Crab Mac & Cheese Bites
A rich, delicious treat. These tasty crab bites include yummy crab mixed with Kerbey’s delicious Green Chili Mac & Cheese then rolled in panko breading and deep-fried. We’ll throw in a side of home-made jalapeno remoulade to round out the dish and keep you coming back for more!
Crab & Mac Benny
If you think the Crab Mac & Cheese Bites sound great, get ready for this! We make the bites into brunch by adding poached eggs, hollandaise and achiote sauce; making it a meal you’ll definitely remember!
Banana Nut Pancakes
You’ll regret it if you don’t try these delicious buttermilk pancakes filled with walnuts and bananas.
Banana Bread French Toast
It’s back. You asked for specialty French toast and we heard the request loud-and-clear. This savory French toast is made with our homemade Banana Walnut Bread.
The Granola Quesadilla is a Kerbey Seasonal Menu throwback – you’ll love the combination of creamy Home Plate Peanut Butter melted in a flour tortilla with aged white cheddar, organic granola and bananas and served with fresh strawberries and honey. Though this dish may sound unconventional, we promise your palate won’t be disappointed!
What could possibly make a Philly Cheesesteak more delicious? As if grilled steak, red onions and bell peppers aren’t enough; we’ve gone and done it: we top this sandwich off with creamy Kerbey Queso.
Pork Loin Sliders
While we’ve had sliders on our seasonal menu before, this is certainly one of our most flavorful variations. These yummy sweet & spicy sliders include all-natural pork loin, buffalo cole slaw and cranberry habanero jam atop grilled dinner rolls.
Duck & Jalapeno Sausage Gumbo:
Appearing on our seasonal menu for the first time is this take on a classic New Orleans gumbo. We start with a traditional dark roux and mix in Pederson’s Jalapeno Sausage and farm-raised duck for a dish that is certain to warm you up on those chilly days.
Greek Lamb Skewers
If you’re a fan of Kerbey’s Greek Chicken, you’ll also love our Greek Lamb Skewer platter. We skewer and grill all-natural ground lamb and pair it with diced tomatoes, Kalamata olives, feta cheese, hummus, tabbouleh, tzatziki sauce and pita bread for a healthy and light lunch or dinner option.
Strawberry Fields Salad
The Strawberry Fields Salad is another lighter item on Kerbey’s Spring Menu. This salad starts with fresh baby spinach and is topped with grilled chicken, strawberries, blue cheese, candied walnuts, tomatoes, bacon and strawberry balsamic vinaigrette.
