Start your meal with this traditional, zesty and creamy corn chowder topped with grilled corn kernels.
French Toast Benedict
This dish combines sweet, savory and spicy all-in-one; jalapeno bacon, syrup drizzle, poached eggs, hollandaise and jalapeno slices served on artisan French toast with a syrup drizzle.
Jalapeno Bacon BLT
A traditional BLT with a little kick; jalapeno bacon, green leaf lettuce, tomato and mayo served on toasted panini bread.
Naked Chile Relleno
A healthier take on a Tex-Mex favorite; poblano peppers stuffed with chicken, blue cheese crumbles, queso fresco and caramelized onions on a bed of sour cream sauce. This dish is topped with queso fresco and an achiote sauce drizzle and served with cilantro lime rice, avocado and pico de gallo.
Achiote Beef Tacos
A dish for the town that loves tacos; achiote marinated Akaushi beef, caramelized onions shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, and chipotle mayo on corn tortillas. Served with black beans and cilantro lime rice.
