Steak Enchilada Benedict
Grilled steak, aged white cheddar, chipotle sauce in corn tortillas topped with poached eggs, hollandaise, white onions and cilantro.
Chicken & Pancakes
Two cinnamon-beignet pancakes topped with fried chicken, maple buffalo sauce and powdered sugar.
Sweet Potato Hash
A hearty hash comprised of Pederson's jalapeno sausage, sweet potato home fries, green & red bell peppers and green & red onions topped with sunny-side up eggs and maple-ranchero sauce.
Fried Green Tomato BLT Sliders
Two sliders with bacon, fried green tomato, lettuce and spicy tomato jam.
Chicken fried steak topped with fresh mozzarella, pizza sauce, parmesan cheese, red onions, lettuce and ranch dressing.
Toasted marble rye bread piled high with sliced turkey, bacon, aged white cheddar, cole slaw and jalapeno remoulade.
