We believe that great food starts with great partners and great ingredients. In fact, Kerbey Lane Cafe pioneered farm-to-table sourcing in Austin in the 1980s before the concept was popular (learn more from this article in the Austin Chronicle).
In the early days, our founders, David and Patricia, would drive their minivan out to local farms to stock up on fresh produce. Although this isn’t practical for us today, we still endeavor to source all our ingredients from vendors who have ethical, sustainable, responsible business practices.
