Bacon Wrapped Shrimp
Grilled jumbo shrimp, bacon, spicy tomato jam, mango pico, jalapenos.
Open-Faced Eggplant Sandwich
Roasted eggplant, garlic basil aioli, tomato, roasted red peppers, fresh mozzarella, basil, rustic Italian bread. French or sweet potato fries.
Shrimp & Grits
Grilled jumbo shrimp, stone ground grits, shrimp gravy, chives. Grilled garlic bread.
Yellow squash and green zucchini shelled and stuffed with an egg and sweet corn mixture, served on a bed of red bell pepper tomato sauce. Chedarjack, fresh basil and cherry tomatoes. Cilantro-lime rice.
Spicy Shrimp Enchiladas
Grilled jumbo shrimp, caramelized onions, aged white cheddar, corn tortilla, chipotle cream sauce, mango pico, cilantro. Black beans, cilantro-lime rice.
Summer Veggie Stir Fry
Roasted eggplant, cilantro-lime rice, grilled seasonal vegetables, ginger-sesame sauce.
Chicken Fajita Tacos
Fajita-style chicken, grilled green & red peppers, grilled onions, corn tortilla. Guacamole, lettuce, cheddarjack. Black beans.
