- Our homemade hummus & tofu scramble spread over a warm flour tortilla. Folded & stuffed with spinach, cherry tomatoes, carrots & cabbage, cucumber & red onion. Served with a side of Garlic Sesame dressing. Credo’s cashew queso & chips.
Egg White Omelet (V)
- Three egg white omelet stuffed with feta, spinach & avocado topped with basil pesto. Served with choice of two breakfast sides.
- Pederson's jalapeño sausage, scrambled eggs, avocado & Artisan toast. Spring mix salad, cherry tomatoes & cucumber. Choice of dressing.
